Honest, open reflection

Where are we today, and what’s one step better?

Rate honestly, share if you’re willing, and note one step that would help.

What is this chart?

The Team reflection chart is a radar (or “spider”) chart. Each spoke is one part of how we work together. The further out a point sits, the stronger that area feels to you right now: 1 at the center means it needs attention, 5 at the edge means it’s thriving.

It is built for honesty and openness. It is not a performance score and it should never be used to rank or compare people.

How to use it
  1. Rate each dimension on your own, honestly, as you see it today.
  2. Share your chart only if you’re willing. Nobody has to.
  3. Compare views and talk about the gaps, not the numbers.
  4. For each dimension, note one step you think or know would help.
  5. Pick one or two steps to try, and reflect again next time.
